Beautiful Smiles

I have been a patient with this new dentist that took over for Dr Goris and he's awful. Money is all he's worried about and not developiNG relationships, etc. What a horrible office and my bridge has fallen out three times and he charges me more every time. I won't go back no way.

Cannot say enough great things about the staff!!! I have never had a cavity so I was a bit nervous. Every single staff member that I encountered was kind, helpful, and informative. Dr. Goris is also wonderful & you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. My dental assistant was Yvette and I love her!!! She was professional yet fun & answered any questions I had. She was engaging & even held my hand during the numbing shot. We had great conversation during my appointment. I am in love with Beautiful Smiles!!!

Terrible. Screwed my family over for years. Did unnecessary procedures and malpractice. He caused severe pain in my whole family's mouth and cost thousands of dollars due to his negligence. DO NOT GO.

Dr Goris and his staff were okay, but the problem I had, and the reason I will not return is because they made a mistake in my billing to the tune of 900+ dollars. The work I was quoted on (partial and a bridge) nearly doubled in price, and if I had accurate information beforehand, I might have chosen to go implant. but since the bridge was already in by the time they found the error, I didn't get to make an accurate choice. When I complained about their error, they said they would see what they could do. They never did anything. They did do the work, and I am happy with it, But cannot recommend due to the severity of this error.

Edit: I did go back afterwards for a dental emergency and they took pretty good care of me. Nothing bad happened the 2nd time, so I raised them to three times.

I had two implants done by Dr. Goris have since had to have both removed because of serious infection. Was told they were not done right from the beginning and one was not even necessary. It will now cost me thousands of dollars to have this repaired besides the thousands I paid for the original work.
